Lily Horn

Lily Horn, MS, CF-SLP received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Education from Utah State University in 2023 and a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from University of Louisville in 2025. She has worked in a variety of settings (school-based, pediatric private practice, and skilled nursing facility) during her graduate school program. Lily is committed to providing an individualized approach to language acquisition and empowering families to continue to build on their child’s communicative strengths.

She is married to Samuel Horn and lives in Mauckport, Indiana with her sweet dog Remi.
